Our counsellors are qualified and experienced in a range of approaches which will be adapted to your personal circumstances offering a directive approach or a more facilitative process.
We offer psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural techniques within an integrative approach.
We offer short term (6-12-20 sessions) and open ended counselling.
We have experience of working with young people (18-25) and adults.
We offer weekly 50 minute sessions but frequency of sessions can be negotiated with your counsellor.
Fees: £45 per session.
Contract – all clients are provided with an agreement which sets out the terms of your treatment.

CBT – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Interpersonal Psychotherapy – This is a short term intervention for the specific treatment of depression which addresses the interpersonal context in which depression developed.
Mindfulness – Mindfulness based psychotherapy uses meditation and CBT techniques to help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression
